Who Our People Are

Mwabeni Indire is the owner of Indire Entertainment, the film and video production company he founded in Los Angeles in 2013, to craft world-class televised media for audiences worldwide. He guides the vision for Indire Entertainment's productions: business videos, advertisement commercials, music videos, and new media. 

Birth-wise, Mwabeni is a first-generation American of Kenyan and North-East African descent who fluently speaks and writes in three languages and a smattering of a few others. He's lived in Kenya, Canada, and the USA, and also attended colleges in all three countries. He is a graduate of Vancouver Film School.

In his downtime, Mwabeni enjoys community service (he serves on the board of the Kenya Calgary Association), cycling, music production, history, the Scriptures, soccer, drawing, and working on cars.
Mwabeni has managed a Michigan college newspaper, taught a Ph.D class at the University of California Los Angeles, and was once kicked by a zebra.
